Users with access to Branch reports can report on activity within their managerial domain. The reporting scope of Branch Reports is determined by the logged-in member’s managerial rights.
Users without managerial rights will only be able to generate reports covering their own transactions. Conversely, managers will be able to expand the scope of their reporting to include Branch, User Group, and Regional transaction histories, as determined by their managerial rights.
Enterprise Reports grant complete reporting privileges for the entire organization or business group. Access to Enterprise and Branch reporting is granted by User/Group Rights and is not based upon an operator’s managerial rights or document assignments. If an operator is assigned to any branch level report, the operator will be able to report on all transaction activity bound only by the filtering options dictated in the report builder form.
Daily Disbursement Report
The Disbursement Report is a daily activity report for official transactions. The report totals the number of transactions processed with sub and grand totals for amount and fees.

Research Report
The Research Report is an ad hoc reporting tool that enables all available search/filter options within the eSigna report form. With the Branch Research Report, the operator can search and report any disbursement record for any given date range for all document types in all branch assignments.

Operator Listing Report
The Operator Listing report displays active user accounts matching the search criteria.

Customer Listing Report
The Customer Listing report includes all saved payer (customer) records within eSigna. The Customer Listing report can be filtered by regional and branch assignments.

The Non-Customer Listing report provides a detailed contact report for all payee (non-customer) records that have been stored in eSigna.

Loan Checks Report
Loan Checks are unique documents within the Services menu. The Loan Checks Report presents several filter options to produce a report listing specific loan check data issued through the Loan Checks routine.

In the Main Menu, under the Reports-> Branch Reports menu list, click Loan Checks.
Required
• | Select a Date Start and Date End. The default setting sets the date range for the current date. |
Optional
• | The Entered By box will display your username. Managers with managerial settings will have a lookup icon to search for operators within their managerial rights. |
• | Select a User Group to view results for all transmissions created by users within the selected user group. |
• | You can further filter the report to specify loan documents issued for a given Branch within a selected region. |
• | Document Type limits the report results to a specific type of loan check issued. |
To view and/or print the report, click Print/View. To reset the filter options and enter new search criteria, click Reset
