eSigna.Net controls access to the application by requiring all users to have an active user account. This is verified by typing a username and password for entry. Once typed, the client workstation will submit a login request and if successful, will present the application's main menu. Any errors at login will be presented and allow for re-entry of user information. After 3 unsuccessful login attempts, the user's account will be locked and the user will be unable to login until a manager unlocks the account.
To Log on:
1. | Double-click the eSigna.Net icon. |
2. | In the User box, enter your username. |
3. | In the Password box, enter your logon password. |
To Complete the log on process:
4. | If the Business Group box is visible, select your business group. Business group selections are available if eSigna.Net is deployed in environments that share a single IIS (Internet Information Services) Server with multiple databases. |
Click OK to submit the login request.
