Information contained within this section refers to the organization as a whole; such as bank name, address, and contact information.

Required:

•	Enter the Bank Name

•	Enter the Bank Address

Optional:

•	Enter the Bank's Website

•	Enter the bank's Main Phone

•	Enter the bank's Main Fax

Note:

•	The Use Branch ABA # sets parameters for Levenger check designs to use the ABA number entered in the Branch entry form.

•	Date Go Live is used to select an exact go live date for processing documents through Levenger. When the date is reached, test data such as document transactions will be purged from the Levenger database.
