Error Messages
For environments using the Standard Log On process to gain access into eSigna.Net, several log on error messages may appear. The following list gives the error message, its cause, and the solution.
Password-related Error Messages

Invalid Password |
The password typed in does not match the username. |
Verify the password typed and re-type the correct password |
Password Required |
The Password box was left blank |
Type your password before clicking OK |
Your Password will soon expire. |
Your password expiration date is near and must be renewed. |
Click Yes, type and confirm a new password. |
Your Password has expired. |
Your password expiration date has passed. |
Contact an eSigna administrator to update your user account. |
