Levenger.Net has reprint capabilities to produce an exact duplicate of a previously printed document.  This is most often used to correct print errors such as printer jams or wrong check paper.  Embedded securities are in place requiring managerial approval for all reprints.  Reprint Reports are also available to track and manage any reprint issued.

       Step 1 - Search

Before a document can be reprinted, it must be selected from the search results window above.  By default, the search results window is empty.  It is populated by specifying search criteria and then clicking Search.

1.Specify a Start and End Date.
2.The Printed By box will display the operator's username.  Managers with proper managerial rights will be able to use a binocular icon to search for documents saved by other operators.
3.Use the Document drop-down to limit returned results to a specific document type.
4.Click the icon to select a Reprint Reason
5.Click Search to populate the list box with documents that meet the search criteria.

       Reprinting Documents

Once the search results window has populated using the Search command, select one or more documents for re-printing.

To re-print a single document, click on the document in the search results window and get Managerial Approval, then click Print

Note: Standard Windows selection tools apply to expedite the selection process.

Single Selection - Select a single entry with a single left-click of the mouse.
Sequential Range Selection - Choose a range of sequential collection letter entries, left-click the first item of the range, hold the shift key down, and click the final entry. This will select all collection letters within the range.
Multiple Non-Sequential Selections - Highlight multiple non-sequential entries by clicking on each letter entry while simultaneously holding the CTRL key down.
CTRL+A (press the Control key and the "A" key) to select ALL the listed documents.

Once all selections are made, get Managerial Approval and click Print

       Managerial Approval

Each reprinted document requires managerial approval (username and password) to enable/activate the Print button.  The Manager should select whether to re-print the documents only or documents AND GLs.

Managers will only be able to approve a document for reprint if the following conditions exist:

The dollar amount does not exceed their approval amount
The printing operator is within their managerial authority.

Managers have the ability to search, authorize, and reprint documents printed by operators within their managerial authority.  Also, Managers will be able to authorize the reprint of their own documents as long as the dollar amount does not exceed their approval limits.
