Export Document Design is used to export the entire design database, document entry and reporting macros. This feature should always be used prior to importing new or editing existing designs.

A typical Windows 'Save As' dialogue box prompts for the Export file Save location.
| 1. | Select the local/network location where the design file is to be saved. |
| 2. | Enter a unique name in the File Name field. |
| 3. | Click Save |
