As cases are created, customer accounts are associated with each case.  The type of customer accounts that can be associated with a case are defined on this form.

 

Levenger can be customized to interface with the bank's core system.  In this scenario the Account Type menu option provides the ability to define the types of accounts offered by the bank and configure whether they are eligible to be levied against and the order of preference for processing.
